Honestly this was probably the best podcast I've ever heard. A great story and you guys got out of the way and let Samuels tell it, and then gave your opinions.
The 'A-Team Plan' was classic ;)

We're here, it's just that we're thinking about assembling a "season" of podcasts. The way we like to do them requires a good deal of work.
In the meantime, thanks for the kudos!

Wow... that was a long spam comment. Good podcast though, I like this take on marketing. The company will do well under his leadership I think.

What people dont realise is that green homes and buildings are not only worth more (resale value) but are creating more reveneu as well. Higher occupancy rates paired with higher rental premiums equals more money in VC's pockets.

I bought FNM @ 74¢ a share in late 08 and sold at $1.95 a share in May of 09. Since then I have watched it hover at $1. I am not educated when it comes to the market, in fact I would probably be looked down on by anyone that knows anything about the market. I am 19 years old and over the last 2 years I have bought and sold a few different stocks always making a little $ with each sale. With all this being said Is there anyone who believes that FNM is a solid long term investment, assuming my portfolio stays diverse?

However and for whatever reason, I can't get the freehub body to sit all the way down the nose. It slides down about 3/4 way and stops, i wiggle it and nothing happens. I don't want to force it either and am left just really frustrated.
