Um... er... could you guys be any cooler! Love the podcast, especially Ben's NPR-like reserve.

Ben McConnell

NPR-like? Dang, you're making me blush.

Who knew that you had such a beautiful voice Jackie, maybe Van Halen would take you along on their next reunion tour?? Sorry we didn't get the chance to officially meet while you both were up visiting Todd and Jack.

Thanks to you both for your great insight and Laugh out Loud humor with all of these podcasts. Thanks to the podcast, i can't seem to get Van Halen out of my head! The combination of whit, music, and interesing stories make the podcasts and blog posts a valuable learning tool for myself on a daily schedule. Your continued work gives us all hope that the little guys still have a fighting chance.

Keep up the good work.

Dustin

Some swag items would be nifty if they were distinctive enough. i.e. what if you had an artist/illustrator create the "Church of the Customer"? Then you could have prints made to sell. Around Christmas time a little Dickenson Village-like ceramic Church of the Customer ornament would make a great premium gift.

A coffee mug that says, "It's the CUSTOMER stupid!" or a favorite catch phrase of yours.

You could give away these items to people who give you great ideas/comments, then announce the recipients on your next podcast "Dustin Staiger gave us some great swag ideas. We sent him a free coffee mug as our thanks. Get your own by clicking on the "buy" button at the top of our website." You know, just as an example.
