Hi Jackie - I received the book and I've already read it and passed it on to a friend of mine. It may be the best Seth Godin book yet, if only for it's simplicity.

It's clear you want your blog to be one of the best in the world, and there's no reason why it shouldn't be. Strategically quitting the podcasting, and coming up with unique ways to engage with your regular readers (like the dip contest) certainly shows you are on the right path.
