Next WOMMA conference is coming up
WOMMA's next conference is Word of Mouth Basic Training, otherwise known as WOMBAT. It's April 17-18 in New Orleans.
There are terrific panels and speakers and the second day of the conference is mostly case studies. I imagine there'll be solid info to take back to the office.

Disclosure: I'm a board member of WOMMA, but just for a few more days. My one-year term expires in the next few weeks. It's been an educational experience, to say the least, but I'll depart having had the chance to work with some talented staff and committed board members.

if you could only go for one day, it seems like day 1 is the best...yes?

Hmmmm....hard to single out which day is best. I guess it depends on whether "how-to" panels on day 1 would be more helpful to you than the case study presentations on day 2.
