Now in paperback

Cce_front470_1
A paperback (and revised) version of Creating Customer Evangelists has just been released. We added a good deal of new facts, figures and new company examples that arrived after the book's publication in 2002.

The best part is that the paperback, with that new-book smell, is just $10 on Amazon.

I really enjoyed Citizen Marketers, and have your first book on my "must buy soon" list. Now that it's in paperback, that may happen sooner.

Jim -- Great to hear on both fronts! BTW, I really like your blog. It's a textbook, citizen-marketer example, only it's focused on the business of managing Florida's citizenry. Nice work.

And here I just bought it yesterday in hard cover. DOH!

Oh well I can't wait to read it either way.

I have just bought your book on Amazon.com after having read some pages of the e-book "Testify". I am looking forward to receiving it and reading it, and, probably, giving a lecture on How To Create Customer Evangelists to Norwegian companies - if you don't mind.

We were in a Borders in St Louis, looking for books for a client interested in social media, and saw yours on the shelf. We might have waited for Amazon, but she wanted the book right away (she'sa reader, too).

Chalk up another sale specifically by readers of your blog.

I was just wondering when it would arrive in paperback as I flipped through to page 130 of your book. I couldn't put it down. Excellent writing and contribution- this book rocks. It is one of the few books written that's not super technical on the blogging world nor super statistical on the marketing world- it's spot on. I am slowing building a sales community on my blog and wish the "wildfire" effect would catch on. Salespeople just have 3-second attention spans and I can't seem to get blogging on their radar. Your book is an inspiration- Thanks.

Another one to get amazon UK whirring, Hopefully they'll be quicker than "citizen" which took a month to arrive!

The UK isn't a backwater honest...

Roy -- Please spread the word to as many Scandinavian countries as possible. Let us know how it goes.

Jim -- Love to hear that. Looking forward to the trip to St. Louis, too.

Josiane -- An inspiration? How you flatter us so! If I knew how to bat my eyelashes, I swear that I would. Instead, I'll simply offer a very gracious and humble thank you.

Kelvin -- Well, the UK did give us Simon Cowell....

I love this book! It was one of the most inpirational marketing books I ever read. I really liked the company exec. examples you guys made in this book. I was definitely inspired by Mark Cuban's work. I'm halfway through Citizen Marketers and I'm loving it as well.

Thanks,

Sky
