Event: Word of Mouth Marketing Summit Dec. 12-13

The Word of Mouth Marketing Association's next big event is the WOMMA Summit in Washington, D.C on Dec. 12-13. The conference will cover the issues that any marketer considering adding WOM to their 2007 marketing strategies should know about: ethics, ROI, measurement and integrating WOM into existing marketing efforts, to name a few.

I will be doing a presentation about the rising role of citizen marketers and our research into the 1% Rule.

On Day 2, six sessions will be "user-generated," that is, attendees will have developed, voted on, and created them ahead of time. Suggestions will be accepted through up to Oct. 28 so see the agenda and then participate by telling event organizers what session topics you'd like to see covered.

UPDATE: Get $75 off the conferenerence registration fee when you use the code: guestofmini

[Transparency note: I am on the board of WOMMA.]
