Customer Reference Forum 2006
Solid references are the heart of B2B customer evangelism. Complex sales often require sterling references, but how do you cultivate them correctly?
That's what the Customer Reference Forum is about. It's for people who manage customer references for large techology companies and professional services firms. I keynoted at last year's conference and thought the sessions were quite valuable and instructive.
